Emerging Leaders Programme
This programme is designed to support managers to step more firmly into the role as a leader in the business. This leadership development programme helps them grow their strategic awareness and cultivate the leadership behaviours needed to take the next step in their career.
Team members can often possess the technical expertise and ambition to progress, but stepping into leadership requires a different mindset and skillset.
Through a highly practical and engaging learning experience, participants strengthen their communication, influencing, decision-making and collaboration skills while gaining greater self-awareness and leadership presence. The programme helps future leaders think beyond their individual role, preparing them to contribute at a higher level and lead with greater impact across the organisation.
Leadership Development for Emerging Talent
Target Audience
Managers who you want to step into a leadership role.
Purpose
To develop the mindset, strategic awareness and leadership behaviours required to step into leadership roles with confidence.
Programme Duration
Typically 8–10 workshops with optional 1:1 coaching support.

Additional Training Supports
Profiling Tools
We can use leadership profiling tools (e.g. EQ-i, Spotlight Profile, Facet5) as part of the process of personal and team development.
High Performance 1:1 Coaching
Each person can receive monthly coaching sessions outside of the workshops to help them practically apply the learning into their day to day lives. Coaching really supports the team embed long lasting behavioural change.
Peer Learning
As part of our programmes we set up peer learning groups so that the group can get the benefit of learning from each other outside of the workshop times.
