Morning Session

Vision & Shared Goals 

We would start the workshop with a team building activity which looks at identifying the strengths in the team. This would then lead into the core of the morning workshop which is focused on on clarifying the team’s purpose, identifying collective priorities, and agreeing the key goals that will guide the next phase of work. The session would focus on how each person can contribute to the achieving the companies goals.

Afternoon Session

Stronger Team Connections

The second half of the workshop would look at each persons action plans. We would explore how the team can work together to accelerate the pace of growth. This session can focus on areas such as communication and collaboration or on innovation and creativity depending on what you want skill you want to develop in this team going forward. We would tease this out with you so that you get what your team need.
