New Managers Development Programme
Stepping into a people-management role can be one of the most rewarding and challenging transitions in the workplace. Many frontline managers are expected to lead teams, manage performance and communicate effectively without ever having received formal leadership development. This programme is designed to support team leaders, supervisors and newly appointed managers with the practical skills, confidence and behavioural awareness needed to lead people effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
Through a highly practical and engaging learning experience, participants develop the tools to communicate clearly, manage performance, build team engagement and handle everyday leadership challenges with greater confidence and impact.
