About Hugh
Hugh is a mindset and performance coach. He works with individuals and teams to help them optimize how they are experiencing their personal and professional lives. He trained as a life and business coach and is a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is also trained as a certified addiction coach.
Hugh has over 20 years’ experience in the education sector working as a secondary school teacher. He created a social entrepreneurship initiative called www.learningrevolution.ie which hosted regular meetups and events to support teachers within the education system.
Hugh had a leading role in Education working with Prof. Pat Dolan and his team in NUI Galway for developing a nationwide Activating Empathy curriculum which promotes the skills of empathy in teenagers. He is a featured writer in the upcoming book publication Ionbhá: The Empathy book for Ireland which features other writers such as President Michael D. Higgins, The Edge from U2, Cillian Murphy from Peaky Blinders and the RTE radio presenter, Brendan O’Connor among many others.
He works with clients one to one and in groups around the areas of resilience, leading yourself , stress management, anxiety, burn out, enhancing performance and flow and optimizing your state and mindset.
